About the clinic
Vinayak Multispeciality Dental Clinic opened in February 2025, combining implantology, orthodontics, endodontics, paediatric and cosmetic dentistry in a single practice on Sadhu Vasvani Road.
Most dental anxiety comes from not knowing what is about to happen. So we changed the order of things: examination and imaging first, then a plain-language explanation of what we found, then a written plan with costs. Only after you have agreed to that plan does treatment begin.
That also means we tell you when a tooth does not need treatment. A watchful review at six months is a legitimate outcome of a consultation, and it is one we recommend often.
Every reusable instrument is scrubbed, pouched and autoclaved, and the sealed pouch is opened in front of you at the chair. Needles, gloves, suction tips, cups and bibs are single-use. Chairs, light handles and work surfaces are disinfected between every patient. This is routine, not a feature — but you are entitled to see it, so we make it visible.

MDS — Oral Pathology & Forensic Odontology
Dr. Rohan Thaker holds an MDS in Oral Pathology and Forensic Odontology, a specialisation in diagnosing disease from the tissue itself. At the clinic he practises root canal treatment and smile design, bringing a pathologist's eye to what a tooth actually needs — which often means catching a problem earlier, and occasionally means advising against treatment a patient expected to need.
MDS — Periodontology & Implantology
Dr. Pallavi Mahavadiya holds an MDS in Periodontology and Implantology — the speciality concerned with the gum and bone that hold teeth in place. She handles implant placement, gum disease treatment and flap surgery at the clinic, working from the principle that no restoration lasts longer than the foundation beneath it.
